Emergency service
If you have pain during surgery hours please telephone the practice and every effort will be made to see you as soon as possible.
If you have an emergency and it is outside of surgery hours, an emergency service is available to registered patients of the practice, which under normal circumstances incurs a call out fee. The message on the answer phone on our normal number 0208 441 9142 has details of the phone number that can be called.

Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment. Failure to do so wastes surgery time and we may not be able to offer you NHS appointments in the future.
